TAPAS Sleep Study
Targeted Intervention for Insufficient Sleep among Typically-Developing Adolescents (K23 HD087322)
This research study aims to develop and test a program to improve sleep among adolescents ages 13-15 who do not get sufficient sleep. We are recruiting adolescents who:
- Are ages 13-15;
- Do not get enough sleep;
- Do not have unstable medical or mental health conditions;
- Are willing to participate.
This study is open to recruitment
