I am interested in multidimensional sleep health as a risk factor and treatment target for Veterans with obstructive sleep apnea. My research has examined how sleep health impacts mental and physical health factors (depression, cardiometabolic risk), and how intervening upon sleep health may improve CPAP adherence, depression, and functional outcomes in Veterans with OSA.
